Hi, we're Steven and Molly, the husband-and-wife team behind Thinnes N' Thinnes Construction Solutions. With a deep-rooted background in residential construction, industrial maintenance, and mechanical repair.

We've spent years renovating, managing and maintaining our own rental properties-handling everything from full home remodels to emergency repairs and preventative upkeep.

Our experience extends to excavation, grading, and heavy equipment work - allowing us to take on a wide range of jobs with precision and care. Whether it's a complex construction project or routine maintenance, we're proud to offer dependable, solution-driven services across the Colorado Front Range.

In our spare time, you'll find us out hiking with our dog, Tucker, or working on our farm property - staying connected to the land and the lifestyle that inspires the work we do.

As a Colorado native, I've always had a deep appreciation for the land, community, and craftsmanship. I earned my degree in horticulture, which has given me a unique perspective on outdoor environments and how they interact with construction and design.

Construction has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember-my father and brother have dedicated their lives to the trade, and I've learned firsthand the value of quality work, strong relationships, and reliable solutions.

I'm passionate about connecting with people and helping bring their big ideas to life. Whether it's a large-scale construction job or a custom solution tailored to your needs, I'm here to make the process smooth and successful.

When I'm not on the job, you'll find me out on a trail with my dog Norah, jumping in the river, or working on my garden. I love staying grounded, literally and figuratively.
